The organization was founded in 1992 in New Delhi. In the initial years, the focus was auditing and accounting advisory. Over three decades, the practice evolved into broader solutions for complex business situations including restructuring, regulatory policy, transactions, capital requirements and finance operations.
Plus One has served clients across many requirements and expanded its reach beyond India, including work connected with the United States.
